The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) plans to procure consulting services to undertake a policy review and provide recommendations for the development of a State programme on Women’s Entrepreneurship with State funding in the Republicv of Moldova as described in this Request for Proposal and its related annexes. 

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) hereby invites qualified companies/NGOs to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach UN Women office no later than 9 July 2015, 1:00 PM, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
