We kindly request you to submit your quotation for renovation works of Police Station no. 3, Buiucani Police Inspectorate, located at 82/1, Ion Creanga Str., Chisinau (hereinafter referred to as Police Station), as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

On 01 July 2015 at 15:00 a field visit is scheduled. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to alexandru.cocirta@undp.org.

UPDATE 03/07/2015: Questions and Answers received as of 03/07/2015 and additional layouts are now published below.

UPDATE 08/07/2015: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Annex 1 (Schedule of Requirements) of the Request for Quotation document is amended to include additional information and/or make certain corrections in various of its parts. Changes are marked in red within the document. The amended version of Annex 1 is published below. Annex 2a (Bill of Quantities) of the Request for Quotation document is also amended in line with changes made above and is published below.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
