Designed as a complementary facility to the many existing initiatives and institutions, the major purpose of the project is to increase the capacity of central and local governments to promote, develop and manage public-private partnership projects for infrastructure development and the provision of basic services

Objectives: |
- Establishing adequate policy, legal and institutional frameworks for Public Private Partnership development at the national and local level;
- Build capacity of central and local governments to develop and implement PPP projects, promote partnership arrangements, and leverage private sector investment;
- Identify investment opportunities and mobilize stakeholder support for services and infrastructure improvement projects and establishment of PPP arrangements for the development, financing and long term implementation and management of infrastructure and services;
- Support for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in the area of heath care and social assistance.

- Disseminate information and create public awareness about PPP;
- Facilitate the participation of citizens and expert communities to the debates related to the projects of public interest;
- Facilitate the ongoing dialogue between the authorities, private sector and civil society regarding problems of regulating the delivery services of public interest.
