UNDP Strengthens Parliamentary Secretariat Team

CHISINAU — April 18, 2011 -- UNDP’s project to support the Parliament of Moldova organized a one-day team building and time management training for the Secretary General and the Senior Managers of the Parliamentary Secretariat. With assistance of two external facilitators, participants went through various exercises, simulations and group discussions aimed to improve team spirit, create more effective internal communication and provide good examples on how to cope more efficiently with deadlines. At the end of the day, participants received a certificate. It was for the first time such a training activity took place for the Parliamentary Secretariat.
