Senior Managers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration are trained to lead change

Chisinau, May 3 , 2011 – Senior Managers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration were trained during the Leadership Development Programme supported by UNDP. Participants went through various exercises, simulations and group discussions aimed to impart managers with essential leadership competences and competencies. During the training, Ministry’s senior managers also received guidance on how to lead the change of the organizational mindset and culture to make customer orientation the primary focus across the Ministry. This was the first event out of the four planned as part of the Leadership Development Programme to take place during May 2011.
