Training and Professional Integration Service for young people in difficult social situations

Chisinau, June 24 , 2011 -The publication "Training and Professional integration Service for young people in difficult social situations” describes the network of Training and Professional Integration Services (TPIS) created by the project" Better Opportunities for Women and Youth "and implemented through 8 local NGOs - project partners. TPIS support disadvantaged youth in obtaining job specialty and afterwards obtaining a place on the labor market.

The brochure provides more information about the needs to develop TPIS, operation principles of this network, services that are provided under TPIS for young people and employers, contacts of the partner NGOs, a review of labor market of R. Moldova and the results of TPIS.

The "Better Opportunities for Women and Youth" is implemented by UNDP in partnership with the Moldovan Government, financially supported by the Government of Romania and "Emergency Fund", an international program created by George Soros in the summer of 2009 to mitigate the adverse effects of global economic crisis in Central, East, Southeast Europe and Central Asia.
