3 Consultants for development of Public-Private Partnership projects - Public Private Partnership Development ProjectVacancy Number: 31 /Pr-2009Background: Tasks and Responsibilities: The UNDP intends to recruit a team of 3 consultants that will assist public authorities in development of small scale PPP projects. At the preliminary phase of work, the consultants will participate in the screening of interested public authorities as to evaluate their capacity for implementation of PPP projects and appropriateness of proposed projects to the PPP concept. The input of consultants will be used by our project in the process of selection of 5 projects for further assistance. For all 5 selected potential PPP projects the consultants shall grant assistance to the leadership of local or central authorities (further - implementing agencies) for feasibility analysis of selected potential PPP projects, setting up the necessary institutional framework for development and implementation of the PPP projects.
