Operator to prepare data on non-commercial organizations to be imported in the information system “RSON” (short-term job vacancy under SSA modality) - “Increasing financial sustainability of Civil Society Organizations in the Republic of Moldova” Project

Background:
The Project “Increasing financial sustainability of Civil Society Organizations in the Republic of Moldova” provides assistance to the Ministry of Justice for development of the information system “State Register of Non-Commercial Organizations” (“RSON”) in order to ensure an efficient management of information on non-commercial organizations. In this context, a company was contracted for development of the system.
The Ministry of Justice is responsible for registration of non-commercial organizations and keeping records in the appropriate Registers. At the present, there are over 8000 non-commercial organizations registered at the Ministry of Justice. Information on non-commercial organizations is stored in hard copy in files.
The functionality of the system depends on the level of data’s preparedness for being imported in the system. To prepare data on non-commercial organizations to be imported in the information system “RSON”, the Project is seeking to employ 6 part-time Operators.


Tasks and responsibilities:
In order to achieve objectives, the Operator will:

  1. assess files of non-commercial organizations received from the Department of Parties and Non-Governmental Organizations and Department of Religious Worships;
  2. select updated data on non-commercial organization;
  3. enter /type /scan in electronic format the selected data in a template (Annex 1) and make corrections in case of errors or inaccurately processed data;
  4. submit daily the processed data to the Supervisor;
  5. keep daily /monthly records of accurately processed files;
  6. ensure the integrity of files.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Law students at minimum 2nd year of study;
  • General knowledge of non-commercial organizations;
  • Computer literacy (good knowledge of MS Office, scanning software);
  • Good knowledge of Romanian;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Responsibility and creativity.
