Project Manager (“Increasing financial sustainability of Civil Society Organizations in the Republic of Moldova”)
Background: UNDP seeks Project manager to conduct UNDP project “Increasing financial sustainability of Civil Society Organizations in the Republic of Moldova”.
Tasks and responsibilities: The project works towards the overall objective: Capacities increased and enabling environment created of/for CSOs to mobilize more diversified resources. Candidates should have previous experience as NGO workers /Lawyers/Economists/ International organisations workers; Candidates are expected to be available 26th March latest. The selected candidate is supposed to execute the function of Project Manager solely, without any other assignments elsewhere.
Qualifications and skills required: Advanced university degree in Law / Economics/International Relations/ Political Sciences/International Development / NGO management, at least 5 years of practical experience in areas relevant for the assignment; good knowledge of Civil Society in the Republic of Moldova and the legal framework for CSOs’ activities, knowledge of the CSO sector / financial instruments / legislation in CEE/CIS countries would be an advantage; sense for leadership and teamwork; excellent analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Romanian / English / Russian.
