Privatization consultants

Background
UNDP Moldova is seeking to employ a team of experienced professionals to provide support to the Ministry of Economy and Trade and Privatization Agency in adjustment of the legal and regulatory framework. The duration of the assignment is up to 8 months.

Summary of tasks:

1. Analysis of the existing legal and regulatory framework
2. Legal and regulatory documents and amendments drafting
3. Capacity building to the National Privatization Agency
4. Policy advice to the Ministry of Economy and Trade

1. advanced university degree with postgraduate degree as a strong advantage in legal and/or economic areas
2. at least 3-5 years of practical experience in areas relevant for the study;
3. experience with international organizations could be an asset.
4. strong analytical and drafting skills
5. fluency in Romanian and Russian, working level of English would be an advantage
