National Consultant CSD Project/ Informatics system

Background
UNDP Moldova is seeking to employ a group of National Consultants (short-term) for elaboration of Requirements specification of the informatics system “Register of Nongovernmental Organizations”.

Summary of tasks:

• Analyzing existing information system and information needs ;
• General design of the new informatics system “Register of Nongovernmental Organizations”;
• Detailed design of the informatics system;
• Elaboration of Requirements specification of the informatics system.

Qualifications and skills required:

• University degree in information technologies or related fields;
• Knowledge of requirements of the Ministry of Information Development regarding informatics systems;
• At least 5 years of advanced experience in system analysis & design and software architecture;
• Proved experience in working with the international organizations is an asset;
• Developed skills in communication with different categories of people;
• Skills in analyzing, generalizing, and systematizing of information;
• Skills in developing analytical and informative materials;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Initiative and resourcefulness;
• Excellent knowledge of Romanian. Knowledge of English and Russian will be an asset.
