National Consultant CSD Project on legal and economic issues (short-term vacancies under SSA modality)

Background
UNDP Moldova is seeking to employ a group of National Consultants (short-term) for provision of consultancy and assistance on legal and economic issues related to the training programme in the field of diversification of financing sources.

Summary of tasks:
In order to ensure an authentic training, the National Consultants will provide consultancy and assistance on legal and economic issues:

• to a group of international experts in the process of elaboration of the TOT programme and materials in fundraising and social entrepreneurship and during the Trainings of Trainers, as well as follow-up workshops;
• to a group of national trainers during the workshops for NGOs’ representatives in Fundraising and Social Entrepreneurship.

• University degree in law, economics or other relevant fields.
• At least 3 years working experience in the fields relevant for the assignment.
• Practical knowledge of the legal framework of the commercial, non-commercial and fiscal fields, and other fields relevant for the training subjects: fundraising and social entrepreneurship.
• Working experience in providing consultancy on fundraising, social entrepreneurship and service provision fields would be an asset.
• Successful experience in working with UN system organization or other international organizations would be an asset;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Initiative and resourcefulness;
• Computer literacy;
• Knowledge of Romanian. Knowledge of English is an asset.
