Group of National Consultants (short-term) for training needs assessment - CSD Project

Background
UNDP Moldova is seeking to employ a group of National Consultants (short-term) for training needs assessment of non-commercial organizations’ representatives in the field of diversification of financing sources.

Summary of tasks: For achievement of proposed objective, the Consultants will:

• participate at working meetings initiated by the Project and/or team leader;
• elaborate jointly the Strategy of training needs assessment of non-commercial organisations; representatives in the field of diversification of financing sources (fundraising, social entrepreneurship, provision of services);
• elaborate in detail the assessment methodology, ensuring the multidimensional representability principle (geographical, social, ethnic, by field of activity etc.);
• elaborate in detail the assessment tools;
• will carry out data collection process;
• will make the analysis and synthesis of collected data, provide findings, conclusions and recommendations, proposals regarding ensuring the efficiency of the trainings and follow-up activities; 
• elaborate and submit the „Report on training needs assessment in the field of diversification of financing sources.”

Qualifications and skills required:

• University degree in pedagogy, sociology and/or related fields;
• Knowledge of non-commercial organisations field in Moldova;
• Advanced experience in carrying out training needs assessment;
• Experience in planning and implementing training programmes for non-commercial organisations’ representatives;
• Skills in analysing and synthesizing, elaboration of analytical reports;
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team;
• Responsibility, flexibility, creativity;
• Experience in working with an UNDP project is an asset.
